Me, My Fork and I

~ Reading Time: 1-2 minutes

My, my fork & I. Tales of a Toilet Paper Free Diet…And a roll of toilet paper roll that lasted a month.

The last time I ate anything animal was Dec. 1, 2020. Last salt was Jan 1. 2021. Went completely raw just last month.

SIDENOTE: If you’ve never eaten a high fruit diet, I’m not sure you can say you have ever fully known hydration. Clearly I never did.

I feed from Noon to 8pm. I sleep from 8pm to 4pm when my body is assimilating its food. And then I allow the body to cleanse itself from 4am to Noon.

I start out the morning with a glass of citrus juice and water. 20oz. 1 lemon, 2 limes and 1 orange. After that I do my best to make it to noon but if I do get too hungry I will eat an orange. Then from noon till dinner its fruit. and then a big salad.

It works for me.

That being said I took a little over 3 years to transition from omnivore to no-animal to eventually raw with no heating of food at all. I’m pretty sure that transition is where the magic is at if there are no acute problems.

Ultimately I would stop heating anything. And if you can’t eat it without heating it then you don’t eat it. It’s not for you.
