A Season In The Life of a Terrain Theorist

I really wish you all could be experiencing this because it almost seems too good to be true.

I am four months into this eating produce only. And three months ago I removed added salt(pink, black, Celtic, sea, etc.).

I seriously wish I would have done all of this mush sooner, but clearly our creator, mother nature, g-d or whomever you want to call your higher power or lack thereof, has experience up there at the top of the list when it comes to learning lessons.

I am about 70% frugivore(fruit only). The rest is leafy green salads almost every night and a cooked meal once a week usually consisting of sweet potato, broccoli and cooked cabbage with a honey ginger sauce(YUM). Thanks Mom…8)

I’m always striving to be as much fruit as possible and that is pretty much all I eat when the sun is up. It really does seem to be a mind game. Old habits and indoctrination die horribly hard deaths.

My body though…It loves me and thrives the more fruit I eat.

Regarding the salt thing. It is pretty clear that my body is detoxing from it, but it has been a slow steady detox. As a way to help with the transition I have a piece of sourdough bread usually with hummus. That too may eventually go, but for now it is a great way to add some electrolytes that the body needs along with a little protein and prebiotic fiber.

The last 3.5 years of my life have been a long term physical transition from a life that was not demonstrating any love for my physical wellbeing and I will choose to be grateful for all of the less than stellar contours along the way. They helped me further learn.

I’m not sure how much longer this leg of my journey of healing will last but I’ve never experienced a more miraculous healing experience as I have in the last few months of my life and it just keeps getting better…8)
