Fathoming the Depths and Depravity of Deep Dehydration

For what it’s worth…

In my opinion cooked foods have been the thing that drained of life and vitality for some forty-eight years. Robbed me of the life giving hydration my body never knew. In my highly biased and unprofessional opinion the removal of cooked foods from my life since December 01, 2020 has in that short time restored to me a life that I could have never even fathomed possible.

I drink hardly any water* anymore and I have never felt so well hydrated in my life. This is so counterintuitive to the common narrative that I have believed true.

Knowing what I know now; feeling what was clearly not possible to feel while still consuming cooked foods, I’m pretty certain that I will not be going back to foods that are prepared in any way before they enter my mouth.

Cooked foods are a problem not worth causing that your body doesn’t need to recover from because you don’t need to cause the problem in the first place if you just keep it simple stupid.

Further anecdote. It would seem that the kind of hydration that is in fruit and leafy greens is different than water in a glass. I don’t fully pretend to understand it. When we cook foods we are letting the hydration out that our body needs which then causes us to become dehydrated and in need of supplemental water via the glass.

By the way…How did you like that title?

*Every morning when I first get up I will juice one orange, one lemon and two limes. I add them to a pint glass and top off with water. I also have about 24 ounces of COLD BREWED chicory coffee each day. It consists of a 50/50 blend of ground coffee and ground roasted chicory root. I will have about 8 ounces of water if I get up in the middle of the night.

As you can see, I’m not totally fluid free. I just feel too hydrated most of the time to need any additional water.
