How I Eat Fruit

Fruits DO NOT mix well with any other food groups. Fruit should be eaten alone as a meal on an empty stomach.

Fruits travel relatively quickly through the digestive tract which is why it is important not to eat them with any other food group.

-Do not combine acid & sweet fruits.
